I stopped off and had to have the chocolate mousse sponge cake. It’s gluten-free and I will tell you they have a lot of really delicious things to try. The croissant selection is incredible. I love the indoor seating, but they also have outdoor seating. I washed it down with a short Americano, two shots and I threw in some extra cream. It’s delicious. The coffee has a nice mild flavor, but nothing beats the sweets. I have to tell you this chocolate mousse cake is the right portion otherwise I would eat the whole thing in this case the powers that be more wise and gave me a slice and Man was it delicious.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Montrose area. Super convenient location with tons of parking behind the building. Inside is clean and bright, with inside and outside seating options. The brothers that own the shop are so nice and make some of the most delicious pastries I’ve ever eaten! The drinks are also always perfection. My friend and I go here often to sit for a couple hours and have some relaxation time and it’s always the best. Definitely recommend!

I finally stopped by this bakery in Montrose and I’m so glad I did! First off, they have their own parking lot with a decent number of spots — which makes it super convenient if you’re just popping in for a quick coffee and pastry. The location is great too. It’s slightly tucked away from the main strip, but still an easy and pleasant walk if you’re spending the day in town. If I worked nearby, I could easily see myself walking over every morning for one of their perfectly crafted croissants and a latte. The space is clean, airy, and inviting — perfect for a quick stop or a relaxed morning treat. The service was also wonderful! I chatted with the staff for a bit and they were so friendly and personable — you can tell they really care about what they do. It definitely adds to the charm of the place. I’m not much of a pastry person, but their selection impressed me (and apparently, it doubles on weekends!). Everything is made fresh in-house, and you can really taste the difference. I found myself mesmerized by all the beautiful croissants — something about that flaky, golden dough just pulls you in. My latte was smooth and delicious, too. Delicious!!!!! All in house, quality ingredients, and no short cuts. The process and pride in the baking shows up in the food. The pasties are high quality, and very tasty. They use whole food ingredients; no extracts or artificial flavors. The staff is amazing, and makes you feel like part of the family. We grabbed a couple pasties, and sat in their lovely (kid and dog friendly) porch. Amazing views!! The owner came out a few minutes after we finished to ask how everything was, which pastry we enjoyed most, and catch up generally. We had a lovely conversation, and really loved our experience. We will be back each week!! We love it. Great food, and amazing, warm team here.
